Feras Jaloudi – Skilled in Marketing and Operations Management

Feras Jaloudi has owned and operated three businesses in New Jersey in 19 years in diverse fields. To successfully lead them, Feras Jaloudi relied on his strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and operations management skills.

After earning his degree in business management from Rutgers State University in 2004, Feras Jaloudi ventured into business, becoming the owner and operator of Getty Gas Station & Convenience Store. He oversaw operations at the gas station, making improvements that enhanced customer service. His efforts led to a five-fold rise in monthly gas sales from 35,000 to 200,000 gallons. He further expanded product offerings, including converting a three-bay mechanic garage into a convenience store.

In addition, Feras Jaloudi became a FedEx Ground Contractor, managing a fleet of 13 trucks over 25 cities in New Jersey, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups. Feras Jaloudi led a team of drivers and support staff, providing guidance and support. This included organizing regular safety meetings to enforce safety standards and promote driving best practices. He won FedEx Contractor of the Year in 2009.

From 2015 to 2022, Feras Jaloudi served as president and CEO of a medical radiology business based in Union City, New Jersey. It had four radiology centers in the Northern Jersey area. Feras Jaloudi spearheaded all business development, building and maintaining relations with over 1,000 physicians. He further implemented quality assurance measures to improve patient care while streamlining operations to rationalize costs.
